One of the questions I’m most frequently asked about Rockstar Ending is:
‘How the TV series is going?’
It’s no secret that the film and TV industry is complex and precarious.
I was on tenterhooks recently as we approached the three year anniversary of my deal with Free@Last TV. The date was significant because, at that point, the option would expire unless it was renewed.
Even though the trailblazing production team has been in conversations with some of the biggest streaming platforms on the planet, I could not be sure how much appetite there would be for making the series happen.
Readers tell me that they love my quirky, believable characters, navigating morally complex situations. But it’s one thing buying an ebook for a few dollars, pounds, Euros (etc), and something else altogether investing millions in a screen adaptation.
As it turns out, my fears were unfounded.
I’m overjoyed to tell you that Free@Last TV have renewed our option for a further three years.
We’re working closely on plans to keep the project moving forward. Watch this space.
This is speculative fiction at its very best, thrilling and fearless. We can’t wait to bring this fantastic set of novels to life.
